Glenn said he would need a survey done before he could get started on the grading plans. Derek recommended that we reach out to Bob Pitsker from Pitsker & Associates. Glenn wanted the survey to indicate the required 50 foot setbacks so we could determine if we’d have to submit a minor variation request with the county to accommodate the size of the house in the location we wanted to put it. Bob’s team was able to deliver the information that Glenn needed, but it wasn’t as easy as he thought it would be. It turns out some of the property pins needed to be reset and the cul-de-sac was encroaching on our property quite a bit. The survey did confirm that the house is going to fit between the side setback and the large rock outcropping so we won’t need to ask for a variance.
