We had a meeting of the minds today at the DLK Engineering offices. Dana wanted to share his initial structural plans with the team to answer some outstanding questions and go over a few options we have for the roof over the great room. Dan from Best Custom Homes and Deb from Caribou Ridge Architecture collaborated in the meeting to get Dana the information he needed to complete the engineering. Deb took great notes and will work to implement all our decisions into the final construction drawings that will be submitted for the building permit. If everything goes as planned the engineering and final drawings should be complete before the end of January.
