We submitted our construction financing application to Fortis Private Bank and received our pre-approval letter. Now we need to gather all of our documentation and make sure we stay on track to finalize our building contract with Best Custom Homes. We still have to complete our construction drawings with the structural engineer before we can get the appraisal completed, but it feels good to have the financing process started.
