Deb took the feedback from our space planning meeting and went right to work on creating the floor plans. We are happy with how all of the outdoor decks are coming together. We feel like we will have plenty of outdoor living space and the outdoor fireplace that we wanted from the very beginning. The configuration of the master suite flows really well. We will be able to incorporate a window seat and we were able to feature a free standing clawfoot tub in the master bath. Plus the laundry room has a direct connection to the master closet. We were able to reconfigure the kitchen to accommodate the column refrigerator and freezer, large center island, and a walk-in pantry. The area we struggle with the most on the main floor is the breezeway. On the lower level, the bedrooms and rec room are looking pretty good now, but there is still some work to do on the future bar area and guest bathroom. We are still trying to find the right look for the exterior too. The first round was really plain, so we are trying to dress it up a bit.
